great house for family fun ....had it all hot tub pool . Pool table , bikes toys and golf putting . Great kitchen well equipped. For group cooking . Having a Christmas tree for our stay made ourChristmas vacation !

Great place for a large group. We were a group of 9 so we ate all our meals at the house. The kitchen / grill was great for cooking and well equipped, while the large outdoor patio table was perfect for sitting our entire group together. The outside space was best part of the house and we spent nearly all our time in the pool and on the patio. The house is roughly 15 mins from a grocery store/ restaurants and in walking distance to some hiking trails. While the listing and pictures stated when we booked that there was a twin daybed, it does not seem to be a part of the house anymore - we made do with the air mattress. The host also requires that the thermostat stay at 78 degrees, which is pretty hot for sleeping. We asked to lower it during the night and it set back at 78 when we woke up, but usually found it to get warm around 5 am with temperature having automatically gone back to 78. One issue we encountered during our stay was the dishwasher not working. After trying several suggested fixes and pulling a prior group’s shrimp shells out of the filter (gross) the host quickly had a replacement dishwasher installed. While the same day fix was much appreciated, the several hours spent time dealing with and monitoring the installer, rather enjoying the pool with the rest of the group, was frustrating. The management company was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had about the house. We would still recommend this house as a great place to stay for those looking for a large space away from downtown.

One thing you can expect if you were to stay here is an absolute stress free relaxing environment. The home is extremely clean, open, and comfortable environment. The back yard has a beautiful heated pool, waterfall, hotub with spillway into the pool. Ping Pong table, putting green, dining area, TV, built-in BBQ and fridge, private and perfect for relaxing in the sun.
