It was a spacious villa with 5 bedrooms equipped with A/C and sufficient bathrooms to accomodate up to 10 people. Neighbourhood was calm and quiet and the neighbours were respectful. There were plenty of grocery store options. The location of the villa was almost perfect. Walking distance to Çalış Beach and shops, stores and restaurants. There were some minor cons and probably the worst one was poor WiFi signal and speed. Also the cell reception was not that good in the area. I can easily say that the price was not the best but not the worst. The other minor issue we had was the noise disturbance caused by the renovations from the surrounding villas. The workers were working until 11 pm. If you are an early sleeper, then it may be a problem for you. All in all it was a good experience to stay here. I recommend this place for the people who are looking for a multi-family vacation house with a decent sized swimming pool at a great location.

We had a great time at Steve’s house. Lots of space. Lovely pool. Great location. Would have been great if we had an extra set of keys, as we didn’t always come and go at the same time. Otherwise really good 😊

Large beautiful house that can accommodate a big family/group. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking. Neighbours were friendly. Great location - 10 minutes walk to the beach strip and to many restaurant options. Also, within a 1-2 min walk are about 4 different supermarkets for all your grocery needs. Swimming pool was great. For big groups arriving at the same time, booking transfer with host is the best as you’ll get a 8 seater vehicle. If travelling down yourself, be aware that the location on Airbnb is incorrect - host sends address in advance but it won’t come up in maps if you paste it so best to figure out exactly where you are going before Only downside was that we had a couple of people in the group who needed to work online, but the Wifi didn’t work for most of the time we there and the issue couldn’t be resolved by host though he tried. Also, there is a leak in the top floor bathroom which means there’s always water on the floor - not sure where it’s coming from. Finally, my mother used the safe in the master room to store her and dads passport-but when she attempted to retrieve it the night before his morning flight, she couldn’t get it open with the pin she had set so there was a bit of panic - I had to contact the Bayram late in the night to arrange collection/drop off the key to the safe which he kindly did in the morning (thanks again) Panic averted. So if anyone wants to use the safe my advice is to make sure to test the safe opening/closing with your pin BEFORE you put in your valuables.

The villa is perfect for big family. 5 bedrooms and 3 WC. Clean. Location is also good. Nearby 5 stores and a lot of restaurants. Beach is located approx 1km from villa.
