The Sanderson House is in a beautiful location atop Juicy Hill, you need the "name" of the house for filling out your form upon entering ELH - ask for one form per person while on the plane, it is not one per family as you might assume. Bring a pen - none are available at airport, or very few. It was convenient to have Darico arrange to have the Golf Carts at the house upon arrival, taxi up the hill with all your luggage is best and easy once you arrive at the Govt. Dock. The house is nicely laid out and easily sleeps 8+ w/out using the guest cottage next door. Kitchen is almost fully stocked, could really use some new wine glasses so that all of us had one at dinner in place of mix & match with short water glasses. There is a water filter hooked up to the fridge but a large water bottle with dispenser would be "key" to fill water bottles, coffee pot, etc. You will need to pay extra to heat the pool and careful with some of furniture as needs repair. The roof top view stunning!

Darico and his staff were extremely helpful, on top of things and helped us in anyway possible. The house was perfect for our group and just lovely. We had the best time celebrating our 60th birthday! Thank you!

Amazing stay in Harbour Island for a wedding - couldn’t recommend Darico’s place more! 4 couples fit incredibly comfortably in the house and guest house (plenty of room for at least 2 more couples). We enjoyed the rooftop views, the pool, and cleaning service at the house each day. Would absolutely look to stay here again on our next trip back!

Beautiful home, great for kids. Was able to get us 2 pack and plays for twins. But our flight was delayed and host didn’t tell us we would arrive to no taxis. When I asked what was open that late he didn’t respond. When I asked about filtered water issue he didn’t respond (all at check in). We asked about laundry and that took days for him to respond and show exactly where (it’s under the house on the front of the house… past 2 gates. Very confusing). And we desperately needed laundry for our babies. We had a fought first 2 days with little direction but after that the housekeepers were so helpful and sweet and the house had everything we needed. Just would have helped since we were delayed to have more helpful information about a later check in and the island, etc. Overall would recommend the home again. Nicer than the photos! Beautiful surroundings. Easy check out.
