What a great place to stay at in Little Compton. Quiet, peaceful location near the Atlantic Ocean. Walking dis race to the beach. Norm was great from the minute we booked the reservation. Very polite and informative. The place was ideal and met our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

A bit lacking in cleanliness (some mold and spider webs) and some equipment (one toilet and stove) were not working on our visit; however, Norm was attentive to these complaints, so they will probably be fixed for future visitors. Check-in was very easy and Norm was quick to reply to messages. The location was great - we loved the big yard and proximity to the beach, but our family usually drove to the beach (~17min walk). Despite some short-comings, we had a good stay.

Check in was easy and Norm responded quickly to all of our questions. Rooms were very spacious and outdoor area was nice. Only suggestion is that windows and window sills could use a good cleaning

Norm is a wonderful host. He responded very quickly to questions, messaged us with a welcome to the house, and was very helpful when we contacted him with a problem. He encouraged us to get in touch if we had any questions or further problems. The house is a typical old New England seaside cottage, with the expected charms and quirks. The kitchen is well equipped with dishware, utensils, and pots. A selection of spices is provided, along with basic supplies. The living room is nicely furnished with comfortable couches, a large TV, and a small bookcase with books and games. Some of the window blinds have broken cords and can’t be operated. The main bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. We didn’t use the second bedroom or the sun porch because they were quite hot on sunny days. The 2 bathrooms are small but adequate. The amenities listing included air conditioning, but there was none during our stay. If air conditioners are available seasonally this should be clearly stated. The neighborhood was very quiet with little traffic. Walking the streets revealed nice ocean views. South Shore Beach is a short walk from the house. We enjoyed our stay.
