Everything was great. The room Set up was awesome. The laundry room a plus!! I did search the description for a bbq grill and didn’t see one so I brought one from home but found when we arrived that there was a grill there. That would’ve been helpful to know. They provided some spices and also coffee and sugar. The garage was awesome to have and be able to park my boat in. Overall a well stocked space and really nice. Everyone enjoyed it.

Our second time staying at this house, so we largely knew what to expect. The lack of air conditioning is a bit rough in the dead of summer, but many fans and portable cooling units had been added since our last stay. They can’t really keep up when it’s hot, but it helps with sleeping. If you’re in Manila for boating, the location is very convenient to the Lucerne Marina. Only real complaint was the lack of supplies. Not sure if they had issues with people stealing cleaning supplies and toilet paper, but it seems they are rationed now, and a few things were not enough for 8 people over 5 days/4 nights. Minor inconvenience overall, but annoying all the same.

Could have been cleaner, dog hair all over the carpet. Your feet would get dirty on all of the flooring. We went to vacuum and the vacuum cord was broken. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer. Besides the dirty floors a wonderful location and we had a great time!
