The location is perfect for having chilly days at the beach - literally 1 min walk to one of the beaches with sunshades and sunlounger for rent, also a free beach and nice beach-bars. Within max 10 minutes you can reach the old city of Grado, which is one of the nicest and cutest little cities I've ever seen in Italy! You can explore a new little little street every evening. There are so many nice restaurants and bars - but if you will be there in high season it could be better to make a reservation (at least at the best restaurants). Btw. you need to try a pizza from "La Ciacolada", you will need to wait but it is absolutely worth it. The apartment is tiny but for 2 people or a family with 3-4 it's absolutely enough space (or if you are very comfy with each other it's also great for up to 4 friends ;) ). We never cooked so I can not say something about the kitchen but that the fridge is big enough. The view from the balkony is very beautiful - especially early in the morning or for sunset. It would be very hot in the apartment without air-con, but there is a new one which is super fast and efficient. We also tried the pool - very nice! Marco, the communication and everything else was very easy, nice and reliable. I will definitely come again :)

Marcos apartment is very nice and quiet. Especially with kids the garden and the pools and the close beach are fantastic. The communication with Marco is very easy and he is very reliable.

Perfect quiet spot in Grado. With private beach area and pool. Away from the crowds but still very central.
