There were So Many Problems and No Answers to my questions; Like TV Directions, ADA Toilets that don't Overflow....!!! Wet bathroom floors from overflow, lights that work, A/C that that don't Make Constant Noise.....! Shower Handles for ADA. Unresponsive Management.....! I Want a Full Refund....!

quiet place to rest, and safe, with everything you need in the kitchen to cook, clean, easy entry, two pools nearby and if you take dogs it is a beautiful place to take them for a walk outside, I enjoy a lot I really enjoyed the place…

Dealbreakers: the people living in the downstairs unit smoked incessantly and made sitting on the deck impossible. Also the man who lived in the downstairs unit would be at the pool with his cigarettes and leering at my female companion. Not Dealbreakers but Inconveniences: the kitchen had very dull knives, literally no salt or oil, etc., teapot was broken, dishes were dirty, the dishwashers bottom drain had candy wrappers in it, the blinds throughout didn’t work or were missing, the toilets didn’t stop running and were very low to the ground, the lamps either didn’t work or have bulbs or knobs to operate (?), and the unit was outdated which wasn’t an issue but it had the bare minimum. Lastly, I scheduled for a late checkout the day prior to departure and received no confirmation until I sent three messages and called the customer service line 4 times in the morning of our departure day. Most these things were PITA’s.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The price was reasonable as it was less than other updated condos in the area. While it was very clean, a few things weren’t working due to age. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. We used the facilities which were nice for pickleball and a gym workout. Overall, a nice stay for the price.
