Ronald is great host, after few days at Solemar, we requested a bigger chalet to host our family, Ronald upgraded to a bigger chalet at Siwar with no extra cost. Helene is also adorable and she is responsive anytime. We really enjoyed our stay in Lebanon and I definitely recommend Ronald as a host. Thank you guys for your welcome and support. This place is amazing! Ronaldo and Helene were the perfect hosts. The location is absolutely beautiful and if you have a family you couldn’t ask for more. There are four pools, a basketball court, tennis courts and a private beach. The chalet has aircon, tv, stovetop and is very clean. I can’t thank my hosts enough for all the help we received during our stay.

Unfortunately we found the AC and the fridge out of order and we had to go back home after couple of hours from the check in and come back the next day with no compensation from the host side for the wasted day and food . such type of hospitality service required a preventive maintenance and a unit checking before the handover
