Fernando’s place was amazing, great neighborhood, perfectly equipped, and you really can’t beat the location. Unfortunately Fernando asked me to leave midway through my long-term stay (to perform work on the unit) which was very disruptive to my trip and expensive for me to find a new place to stay. I booked my trip several months in advance so I would have expected him to plan around me. Apart from that everything was great.

Die Unterkunft lag nah am Strand und direkt im Herzen von bondi beach. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen, lediglich die Internet Leitung könnte etwas schneller sein.

Fernando is an amazing host! Super helpful with recommendations and very quick replies! The air bnb is in the perfect location with the beach and great restaurants nearby! The shower was great, bed super comfy and the balcony was so lovely to sit and have a beer in the afternoons! Would highly recommend this place! We had an amazing time and would definitely return back! Thanks again!

Check in/out was super easy with detailed directions provided. The studio was sparkling clean with all the necessities available. The bed was soft and squishy. If you’re a light sleeper be sure to pack ear plugs because the front gate is loud when it closes and can be heard in the unit. The AC is great and kept it cool and comfortable. One day I was startled awake at 4am by the fire alarm and had to evacuate the bldg but the process was over seemingly quickly. A small issue popped up and Nando was responsive and accommodating. Communication was superb. Location, location, location. Quick walk to the beach and tons of restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to prepare meals. I highly recommend getting up early to catch sunrise at the beach. Taking the bus is easy squeezy, just a short walk down the street. Very pleasant experience, I would stay here again.

Fernando was a great host, he made sure me and my friend we're settled in and comfortable. He replied quickly to any questions we had. Thanks Fernando for our stay. We loved it in Bondi.
