For 1 night, the price was right. The bed was comfortable and it was great to park off the street. I read Katherine’s description/instructions and felt a little manipulated to rate 5 stars. For the price, I am comfortable giving 4 stars. If Katherine dusted and cleaned the baseboards, coffee area and heater cover, it would go a long way towards 5stars. I understand that the house is old but the other houses on the street are, likely, just as old and look in much better shape. The multiple dirty areas have nothing to do with the age of the house. All that being said, we slept well, easily prepared our breakfast and headed out. Just needs a little TLC

Peaceful, and easy to get to. Simple but clean. Served its purpose and was what I needed. Price was reasonable.

Had a great stay at Katherine’s place. It was just like she said. It was quite and easy to get to. My only complaint was that she didn’t have availability for me to stay longer. I enjoyed my stay.
