The good was it was 20 minutes from everything. The space was large and very quiet. Nice patio table outside the unit. As a previous superhost myself, I was surprised at the lack of attention to detail. The coffee maker had mold in it. If you wanted to cook there weren’t enough dishes or utensils. There were only a few hangers to hang clothing items. The floor in the main sitting room was dirty as was the refrigerator and microwave. There was no coffee, shampoo or soap. The host was responsive when we reported these things. Finally the bulbs were burned out in the bathroom and it took two days to get these replaced. The unit had two bedrooms and a sauna but we weren’t given permission to use those. It’s an ok place for the price and if you don’t plan to spend much time in the unit.

Augustine was a great host. He was very friendly and proactive. The place was clean, private, and in a nice location overall.

A nice property on the outskirts of Austin, within a reasonable driving distance of plenty of facilities, and downtown. Has everything you need to get by.

The place was very clean and the host ensured I had everything I needed. I will stay if I visit Austin again.
