Very cute little place, we had a great stay. I'm glad more specific driving instructions were given as it is a little tricky for a new Spokane driver to find at first. Super helpful!

Our stay was very short so Karen's place was perfect and very accessible to downtown where we were going. The road is sort of busy but not enough to disturb us when inside. Only complaint was the little fridge that froze the food we had brought with us.

Great location for attending downtown event - close to freeway access. Small place, but comfortable with everything you’d need for a short stay. I’m a big dude, so shower was uncomfortably small, but would be fine for most people. Karen is clearly a seasoned pro (host) and had everything lined out prior to arrival so we didn’t need to bother her during our stay.

I had a pleasant stay here. The place was a little hard to find in the middle of the night at first, but other than that everything was very nice.

Karen was a wonderful host and her space was just as excellent. Slept like a dream in the extremely comfy bed and enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea. If we come through the area in the future we will definitely stay again!!
