Ideal position to visit Venice and only 30 minutes by canal bus to train station. spacious and clean, only draw back is the walls and floors are thin and so passing public and other in flat above can disturb if one is a light sleeper. All in all a good property and well positioned for walking the lanes of Venice and for welcoming in the new year.

Sehr gute Lage, Ausstattung ist vergleichsweise gut, aber veraltete Möbel. Leider gab es im Haus einen Wasserschaden, der in unserem einwöchigen Haus zwar registriert wurde aber scheinbar nicht vollständig behoben werden konnte. Dadurch stand Wasser im Hausgang, Wasser lief in Toilette und Badewanne nicht mehr ab und es roch dementsprechend im Hausgang nach Abwasser und dessen Inhalt. Man muss sofort einkaufen gehen bei Ankunft. Für den Preis pro Nacht und Person hätte man wenigstens ein wenig Toilettenpapier und zwei Flaschen Wasser bereitstellen können.

A really nice apartment - spacious, clean, separate living room, kitchen, bedroom and a small room for our daughter to sleep. Quality of bed and linens was good and we could use the kitchen facilities well. The location is nice, a good supermarket is next door and pretty decent views from the room. Yes the place gets a bit noisy given the bar downstairs but that’s expected and the windows once closed do filter the noise. Only downside is there are no lifts so carrying our big bags up the stairs was not fun. Host was nice and helped us get to e water taxi sorted to ensure we don’t miss our train. Overall I do recommend this place for a short stay in Venice, and suggest you travel light!

Clean and comfortable. Friendly hosts. There is a bar on the ground floor that was a bit noisy but is was always quiet after 01.00 o.clock. Nice restaurants in the neigbourhood and the Frari church was a nice surprise. Da Vinci museum behind the church is very interesting.
