Teresa was a such a wonderful host. She provided everything necessary in a great and accessible area. I recommend staying here for good parking, good location and a communicative host.

Teresa’s place was absolutely perfect for my long-term stay in LA. The place was quiet and secluded with plenty of space to feel right at home. The location was in a neighborhood but wasn’t far from any LA sights! Parking can get a bit tricky but as long as you communicate with the neighbors you’ll be fine!

We stayed in the apartment for two months and found it a very pleasant stay. The apartment is large and equipped with everything you need. The location of the apartment was very quiet and you could reach everything quickly. The communication with Teresa and Carol was very good, they were immediately available and helped. The check-in and check-out was also very easy. Super apartment for longer stays.

This house is a wonderful house, Terasa is a wonderful owner, and Carol is a wonderful staff member. I lived in this house for four months, from summer to winter. The location of the house is very convenient, close to the Chinese area, with large supermarkets and shopping malls. The furniture and facilities in the room are very new and very complete, there are refrigerators, ovens and other kitchen appliances, life is very convenient and comfortable. The room is comfortable, with two rooms for more than one person and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. There's a small patio in the back for barbecuing and great privacy. Whenever I need help with a problem in my life, Carol is there to help solve it. I'll stay in this house again when I go to Los Angeles.

I stayed in this home for a little over two months for a summer internship. It was extremely nice for that purpose! It was only a 10 minute drive to civic center/the courthouses which was amazing. We thought the area was pretty bad at first but then realized it wasn’t gunshots we were hearing, but the fireworks from Dodger Stadium! I say that for anyone who is not used to city life and assumes the worst. Once we figured out the fireworks we never felt unsafe. The parking can be annoying if your neighbors in one of the other units isn’t willing to move their cars when you want to get out, but if you have good communication it’s usually fine. Highly recommend!
