Semi-industrial parking, as we run a pressure washing biz. Your unit is around the back on the 2nd floor. 1/4 mi to bus route at top of hill. Access via outside stairs. Apartment is private. Located above a 2nd unit and a vehicle free garage. Full size pillow top bed. Large shower. Antique furniture. Quiet, you may find yourself sleeping in.

I can't begin to explain how ethereal and tranquil this place is. I came here for the outdoor setting, but the little 1940's studio was just as enjoyable! The host Natalie went out of her way to make sure my guest and I were comfortable, informed, and she even chatted with us for a bit in her stunning backyard. Water lovers, you MUST visit this place! The studio was extremely clean and adorable. Great shower w/ pressure (a must for me). You are bound to make friends with the wildlife in the area (ducks and geese), birdwatchers will love this place, too. The garden/foliage of the home is just out of this world. I kept telling myself if I lived here, I would never leave. This visit honestly inspired me - if I work hard, I can maybe have a place like this one day. It's just that magical... Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your property! I can't wait to return - this time alone (solo retreat) and no drinking! :P Oh - epic fire pit, too! Easy to start and control.
My stay was just what I needed. The beautiful lake and near river was so peaceful. I rested well ....Such a peaceful Airbnb. Thank you Natale for my stay. I will be back :)

We really enjoyed the space. You can hear others staying directly below the suite as it's located upstairs but it is overall a great place to stay.

Residential, very quiet, great to stroll or bike.
River Forest Lake on the East side of our street, Willamette River on the West side of our street.
Lake access in our back yard, lake viewing on Se River Forest Dr. near Oak Grove Blvd intersection.
River access is from the boat launch at end of Oak Grove Blvd.
We run a pressure washing business & have equipment on premise.
There is a semi-industiral feel to the front of the property. Rear of property has a natural, park like feel. Watch bald eagles, golden eagles. herons, ducks, geese on the lake.
We also deal in collectibles, ex Hot Wheels, comics, pop culture & records.
We love helping people find their fav collectibles. If you're on a hunt, ask us.
Bus and Max train are run by Trimet.
Bus stop is 1/4 mi walk to intersection of River Rd & Oak Grove Blvd.
Bus will take you north into Milwaukie Transit Center, from there you can connect to other locations.
We're 2 mi from the Park Ave. park and ride for Max train. It's an easy 30 min walk. most if the walk is a car free trail.
Max train routes are fast, extensive & affordable!
It's the best way to get into downtown Portland. It's only 22 min from the Milwaukie Park Ave station.
