Fantastic, characterful cottage in centre of Lyme regis. Peaceful garden set up. Well equipped cottage with some quality extras provided. We had a lovely, restorative stay and would highly recommend Mark's Lavender Cottage to anyone looking for a break in Lyme area.

We had a fantastic stay in Lavender cottage. It is clean, tidy and has everything you need. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the shops, beach and some great pubs. Communication and booking was spot on, 10/10. We will be back for sure.

Fabulous house. Centrally located I a lovely street about 2 minute walk from the beach. Very clean and I’m A fussy one! Communication with Mark was spot on. Easy to park up the road in the car park with the permit. We went Easter weekend so probably one of the busiest times & we still got parking. The property is so near everything you could just park up and leave car there. Take your own tea and coffee. A handy carton of milk in the fridge on arrival was a bonus. Dishwasher tabs and cleaning products all included. If there was one drawback it would be to have blackout blinds. No noise from neighbours but street noise could be heard. As I said we did visit at a super busy time though. Would definitely stay again

Our second time staying here and we love it. Lots of room, warm and walkable to the beach, prom and brewery and bakery. We will come back again. Thank you Mark!
