Polis little huts are very cute and are located on a small hill just 3 minutes from the beach. Little shops and GREAT restaurants are just around. Sitting on our little veranda was such a peaceful thing for us with watching the animals and the sea view. The hut consinsts of a bedroom and a large bathroom, both clean and convenient. Poli is a great host and helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

We had a terrible experience since the day we arrived at the stay. He did not even provide us with water when asked and he asked us to drink tap water which is in the bathroom if required and do not disturb him. He was very rude and there was no room service for the 4 days we stayed. He doesn’t respond to calls or texts if you need anything. Worst host experience I ever had.

Great place to stay in Agonda in affordable rate. The place has a sea view (not to be confused with beach facing). All the basic amenities including wifi are available here. Polikarpo as a host is great. He helped us with very late night check-in and late check-out due to my flight timings. He also helped us in arranging a scooter for roaming locally and suggested places to visit and things to do.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! You will be staying in one of 4 huts that have a spectacular view of the sea and complete privacy, i.e. no people walking past on their way to the beach. That being said, there is no sound proofing and you do hear all the bathroom and bed noises of your neighbours in the other huts ;-) 5 minutes walk takes you down to the beach and to Agonda beach road where all the shops and restaurants are to be found. For yoga, Sampoorna is a good address and only 10 min walking distance. Polikarpo is a great host who was always willing to help and had lots of local recommendations. Thank you, Poli!
