We absolutely loved our stay at Summer House. What a hidden gem. Beautiful views throughout the entire house of the escarpments and bushland. There are oversized windows in all rooms, and with so much glass it’s light and bright, but somehow still very cosy (helped by the lovely wood fire). We had a full moon during our stay and we could see it through the skylights in the lounge room and bathrooms, magical! We loved the thoughtful little luxuries like the L’Occitane bathroom products and rugs folded up in cosy corners and window seats ready to use. The outdoor areas were also beautiful, well kept gardens and the viewing deck was wonderful for stargazing. We also loved being next door to The Conservation Hut and the amazing Empress Falls walking track. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Its proximity to the Conservation Hut Restaurant and Wentworth Falls walks makes this holiday home an ideal base for exploring the area. The highlight of the house is the sun-filled atrium in the living area and the views of the surrounding landscape. The living area is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are strategically located at opposite ends of the house, which is excellent for privacy and the deck has outstanding views. The description on the website is accurate and it is a great place to stay in the warm months.

Lovely property with spectacular views, great location for hiking and close to cafes and restaurants. Just two of us would also suit two couples and we could have stayed for much longer than 3 days. A few maintenance issues such as note on fireplace saying do not use door handle broken, yet this was not communicated prior to our arrival and at first we were devastated as that was one of main attractions of property. Also underfloor heating did not work in lounge room. Manged to use fireplace safely and rest of underfloor heating was awesome. All in all wonderful experience, would happily return.

The place is great - fantastic views!
