Very nice quite room with air con and a bathroom. Very safe place to stay and closer to the train station. Zarina was a nice Friendly lady with so much experience in business. If you need any tips for your business, just ask her . Free refreshments were provided. Experience was like staying with my grandma. I had to leave early for work purposes but I had a great sleep and experience. Would be back again when I m in town.

House is very near to Holsworthy station. But there’s no supermarket or cafe. Host lady was nice and friendly!

Beware of this host!!! I had a trouble experience , the house itself was clean and modern but there was too many rules and she tried to control entry and exit times , she keeps changing the rules during my stay I faced the following: my English is not the best and I didn’t read all the conditions so I had to pay for using the washing machine , not allowed to use the stove or even the microwave without going through an interrogation of what I will cock , I was asked to pay weekly or monthly for internet , she didn’t answer her phone and I had to wait for more than an hour and a half to check in after I talked to Airbnb customer service who was about to change the host which I wish they did but she asked for and extra day charge because my pickup was late by 10 minutes when I checked out . She was spying on my phone calls and got so angry when she found out that I was looking for another place to stay, she entered the room and went through my items without my consent and asked me what you have in your bags. A bad host who showed that she thinks she can charge for everything even toilet papers and tissues , and she threatened that she had strong relation with the police and mention she can get me disciplined if I don’t follow order , I lost more than $750 just to be out of her house as I had serious concerns after what I have experienced and she refused to refund any discount so she got the money due to the policy and I had to suffer moving out and all the lost.Also mention that she is extremely argumentative and trouble maker.
