Comunicación excelente y personal de 10! El motivo de no dar un 5 ha sido por los ruidos, el aislamiento del apartamento no es bueno y se oye absolutamente todo por lo que dormir por la noche ha sido complicado. Aunque tienen una política de ruido estricta solo con que entren del apartamento de arriba y vayan al baño ya te despiertan.

A clean, well looked after apartment, as per the photos on the listing. The team were extremely helpful, responsive and friendly and were happy to store our bags when we arrived early, as well as letting us know they had managed to prepare the apartment earlier. Within in 5-10minutes walk of the station so perfect for getting to/from the airport. A longer walk into the "main" part of Barcelona (but we like to walk!), and plenty to see, do and eat on the doorstep too. Although listed as 2 bathrooms, there is one toilet & shower room, and right next to it another toilet, so this is my only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars for description as we had expected 2 separate shower/toilet rooms. Perfect for friends, 2 couples or a family with older children (steep stairs would be tricky with younger children). Would definitely stay again.
