Tullio’s place was great! In fact this was our second time staying there. This time was for a longer stay. The location is close to Bloor St with lots of shops close by. Easy to park on the street with a temporary permit. All the beds are very comfortable, and each bedroom has an air conditioner or a fan or both which was great during those hot summer days. The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you can imagine. Though a coffee maker instead of the Boddum would have been better for us. There are two small outdoor spaces that are lovely to set out on. Although there were some maintenance issues that needed addressing, Tullio was quick to respond and had everything fixed immediately. Thank you Tullio once again for a great stay!

My family of 4 stayed at the house for nearly a month. The house is very centrally located within mere steps to bloor street and multiple parks and recreational areas. The house was spotless, very comfy, and had everything we needed! Tulio was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place!

Amazing three bedroom home and close to everything you will need. Tullio was an incredible host! Very quick to respond to any of our needs or questions. The Bloor Subway Line is just a few blocks away is close to Christie subway station or Bathurst station. It also has several great parks close by. Christie Pitts Park is very close and has a great swimming pool. The third floor (my favorite) has an amazingly comfortable king size bed with beautiful skylights to look up at the stars at night. Lots of closet space for longer stays. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and two of them also have fans. Great for summer time in the city. All the bedrooms are stylishly decorated and comfortable beds. We loved having two outdoor spaces. The deck on the second floor was great to set out on at night. And the small outdoor space out the back of the house was great to sit out on and enjoy the hot summer nights.

Tullio's space is an amazing hidden gem in the city! It's a huge property right in the downtown core that is close to everything but still quiet enough for the perfect amount of privacy We used the space for a long term stay, ended up extended our stay - and will definitely be back in the future. Cannot recommend this host enough!
