A must-visit while staying here:
15 km to Erawan National Park
- You can get there by taking a public bus from the main road. The bus runs every hour from 8 am to 5 pm approximately. The bus fare costs about 30 THB each for a one-way trip.
Other interesting places you can visit by your own vehicles or hiring a local taxi (Advanced booking is required at least 1 day)
In Sisawat District:
15 km to the Srinakarin Dam (Dam crest & Lake)
57 km to Huay Mae Khamin waterfalls
In Kanchanaburi City:
30 km to ElephantWorld (Elephant Sanctuary) *Please contact them directly if you’re interested in joining their program*
55 km to the Bridge over the River Kwai, Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, and the center of Kanchanaburi town
In Saiyok District:
30 km to Sai Yok Noi waterfalls
48 km to Krasae Cave and the Death Railway
60 km to Hellfire Pass (the museum and walking trail)

- Having your own vehicles (rental cars or motorcycles) is the best option. You can use Google maps to find us and other tourist places. The roads are some quite small, but good, not dangerous.
- Public transportations are limited in Kanchanaburi. There are only Erawan buses that pass our place. They run between the Kanchanaburi city to the Erawan Falls.
- No metered taxis in Kanchanaburi. No Grab or Uber yet.
- Local taxis here are quite expensive, but good if you are booking them for a one-day trip; for example, you would like to visit the Hellfire pass, the Death railway, and Krasae Cave. Taxis need to be reserved at least one day in advance.
