The place was just as described—Very nice, clean, right on the beach. Ft Myers Beach is still rebuilding from hurricane Ian so some of the stores/restaurants still aren’t reopened but the place was still very nice and there were about 10-15 restaurants/bars we could walk to. Would definitely revisit and stay there again! :)

This condo was great! It is a 4th floor corner unit right on the beach. We watched the sunset right from our balcony. The kitchen has a mini refrigerator and includes a small dishwasher and range top. Even though the resort is still under construction, it is still nice with one restaurant and many places within walking distance. The one thing that bothered us is that we when we checked in the front desk couldn’t find our reservation since we went through Airbnb. I tried to contact “consulting” (and again with another question) and never received a reply. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely stay here again. After the construction is complete, this resort is going to be amazing!

Our stay was great. Fort Myers is still under massive construction from Hurricane Ian damage but the resort was about 85% back to normal. The beach was not crowded and the condo was exactly as described minus the screened in porch. None of the building has screens back yet but with it being on a high floor it did not matter, no issue with bugs. Currently walking everywhere is not an option, so a car is necessary, but it was still close to many great restaurants. Everyone is happy to have tourists back so service at the condo, the beach and everywhere we went was excellent. The condo has a small kitchenette and was easy to make breakfast and lunch and Publix is a couple miles down the street. It is a perfect size for a couple or a family with children. Communication with the host was easy and quick. I highly recommend this property and Fort Myers as a whole.
