The view was priceless great for taking pictures the view of the trees and beach was breath taking. However the apartment needs work specifically the bathrooms and kitchen there’s no hooks to hang your towels the lights in the apartment aren’t bright enough and there was not hot water, we literally had to use hot water from the stove for the 1st two days, they eventually came and fixed the water. There was no wine opener. And there wasn’t enough utensil. We stayed in apartment #5 overall the view is what’s worth the money.

I stood here for a few days with my family. Would’ve been a longer stay, but due to unforeseen events we had to shorten the trip. Please see how I rate this stay. Pros: - The location isn’t too far out from Oistins, Kingsland, and St. Philip so we were able to see family without traveling far. - Behind the site is very picturesque with the sea. - Receptionist (I believe his name is Ryan) and other workers on site are very friendly (including the 2 cats). - Air conditioning in bedrooms. Cons: - Upon arrival, very dirty. - Stained bedding - Termites/maggots - Cobweb in each corner of the apartment, kitchen cabinets, and in the closets along with dead insects. - Live/Dead bugs in shower/on shower floor. - Little ventilation in the bathrooms. - Bedroom door next to the bathroom extremely difficult to open and close. I wanted to love this Airbnb, but it is extremely outdated and honestly my family and I do not recommend it. It can have potential after proper renovations.

The place is as very nice, clean and quiet. Someone is at front desk when you arrive which was nice being that I arrived after 11pm. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Beach is close and WiFi is great. Maryam is a great host and easy to contact.

Nice place with absolutely friendly staff. The rooms are huge and you can hear the ocean while lying in bed. We always felt safe and welcome at this place. The breeze is very pleasant and watching the kite-surfers is always fun. The neighbors are lovely, specially at 6 am while jogging around the area. The little shop “Buffys “ is a three minute walk away. The bus stop for the mini-van into the city is a 4 minute walk away. The WiFi is not stable and warm water is definitely available in the evening. One of our bathrooms had a leaking shower so that the room was like a wetland.
