We had the most special time at the Treehouse. Between the quietness of the valley, the chirping of the birds and the lovely shade of the trees it is impossible to not relax and just enjoy the peace. Even the drive there was beautiful. We enjoyed walking on the farm and on the surrounding trails as well as a lovely swim to cool off at the communal pool and our private plunge pool. The treehouse was perfectly clean and kitted out with everything one needs. All the windows make you feel like you really are IN a tree but it still felt really private. The outside bathroom provided some great views too! Paulien was so friendly and welcoming and even baked us the most wonderful bread which was a such a treat. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to break away from the city and truly relax.

Sleeping in the tree house was an amazing experience for us. All the basics are built in and the splash pool is a bonus. You are literally in the middle of nature, which gives an extra dimension to the beautiful surroundings. Paulien is a friendly and proactive host who responds quickly to questions.

The Treehouse is simply fantastic, with remarkable attention to detail that made the stay unforgettable. We never have seen a accommodation like this. The rainwater pool is awesome and our daughter loved it. I highly recommend the meals and bread cooked by Pauline - we loved it. Overall, truly unique, highly recommended, and worth a detour.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach unbeschreiblich schön 😍. Man kommt an und verliebt sich sofort in die Umgebung und auch in die Unterkunft. Man fühlt sich zuhause und es ist alles da, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Es ist ein wunderbarer Platz auf Erden, sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Die Landschaft ist atemberaubend und so anders, als man es sich vielleicht vorstellt. Man kann nachts spazieren gehen und sich den erstaunlich schönen Sternenhimmel angucken, ohne vor dem Ruf Südafrikas Angst haben zu müssen. Ich kann jedem nur den Tipp geben, kommt und erlebt es selber!!! Ich würde und werde sehr gerne wieder hingehen. Was man vielleicht wissen sollte, man hat dort absolut keinen Empfang, ist also perfekt, wenn man mal ein paar Tage abschalten möchte von der Welt🥰. Ebenfalls ist die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit 50 Km und ca. 1 Stunde entfernt. Ebenso mussten wir einige Wasserläufe durchqueren, weshalb ein höheres Fahrzeug von Vorteil wäre. 1000% Weiterempfehlung
