The king size bed in room 3 was not made up in this format - it was made as 3 singles, we went to make the bed into king and it is broke. The bed is a day bed and not king size that can be used by adults regularly. The house couldn't accommodate the guests it advertised. There is a roller bed under the single bunk beds which we tried to use, however the mattress is stained (large brown mark) and significantly worn. Simply disgusting! The back loft room, mattresses on these beds are wholly inadequate, spring mattress, thin and very hard - sleeping on the floor would have offered more comfort. These mattresses are barely suitable for a child and differ significantly to the mattresses in the front loft room. In addition to these issues there are problems with insulation in the house (ceilings are not insulated). This means that simply walking upstairs/in bedrooms/landing echoes through the whole house. I've tried to resolve with airbnb and 1 week later no response to complaints

Comfortable accommodation in a lovely location. Easy walks to Sizewell and Aldeburgh. A good pub with great food is close by. We coped very well as 5 couples with 2 showers by sharing our en-suite. There were cloakrooms on each floor. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the morning sunshine round the large table in the garden.

Great location, good facilities and very easy access/communication. Ticked all the boxes. My first Airbnb - would recommend. Would Also recommend the sanctuary:)
