We are a group of 20 and we used all the rooms for ourselves for two weeks. We found the location to be excellent for getting to A&C mall by walking and it was very close for cheap uber to Accra Mall. Most conveniences are walking distance and felt safe. We found the setup suitable and the only bother was an annoying rooster somewhere next door. There is a little shop outside the gate which is also convenient. The roads and surrounding houses are very unfinished and makes the area look a little less flashy than the pictures. It is in the airport flight path so planes are very often flying over but after a while you don't get bothered. The staff is awesome, yaay to Millicent and Joyce who both did great jobs to make us feel welcome. The treat at the end was specially appreciated. Some of the bathrooms look like they were designed poorly though and felt a bit awkward to use. The onsite security guards were excellent. The lighting inside the main area is too dim though. Wifi was not adequate for us though. Despite attempts there is just not enough coverage or bandwidth for a large group with multiple devices in this modern day. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Dann Residence as it was suitable for a large group.

Nana and Amma embodie the Airbnb spirit like no other hosts I have encountered before and I travel a lot. Not only was the house and equipment excellent, but they were proactive, reactive and flexible all that you can wish for. And to top it all of the résidence is perfectly situated and the team of the house very professional , so I recommend 100% for any stay in Accra.

I traveled to Ghana with seven other friends this past July. Our stay at the Danns residence was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and the cook provided delicious Ghanaianan dishes. Instead of staying at an overly priced hotel, I would definitely stay at the Danns residence again.

I traveled with a group of 4 other women to Ghana for the first time. None of us had any contacts or knowledge of the country beyond internet research. We went for my birthday. Nana & Amma were warm and helpful and provided several contacts and suggestions for our stay. The space itself is large and comfortable. Each room has its own refrigerator, stove, sink, and individual bathroom. There is an on-site staff to assist with any needs. We did not experience blackouts or a loss of anything during the week we were there. As a group of all women, we felt completely safe in the house and in the neighborhood. The Dann Residence is close to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and I would certainly recommend the space for a large group or family. As hosts, I believe they have another, smaller space that I would feel comfortable suggesting sight unseen for a sole traveler or couple wanting privacy.
