房东人很好，房东也很热情，房间打扫得很干净，跟图片上的一模一样。民宿离沙滩很近，出行公交车也蛮方便，推开窗门面朝大海，享受大自然的怀抱。

We we’re greeted by the host’s personally and did a walkthrough of the building together. They explained everything. Which was really nice! Only 2 bad, polyester bath and hand towels for a 3 bedroom apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing but you can’t sit out there. It could use a set of folding chairs and a small table on the balcony. There is a huge gap under front door allows sound to travel in and out and possibly bugs to enter. Not enough spare sheets/duvet covers, pillow cases for all beds to use while doing laundry. The sink is leaking leaving puddles of water on top and underneath the sink. It is rotting the wood cabinets. I told the host and received no response. Was difficult to cook because of it. Mop bucket for the conventional strainer didn’t work. The flat mop only had one cleaning pad which we luckily found in the kitchen. Most of the furniture is cheap and falling apart. The white colored walls had marks on them. Lots of small ants coming from the balcony.

The apartment has a wonderful uninterrupted view of the ocean with 3 bedrooms and kitchenette. A few minutes walk to the heart of Batu Ferringgi and eateries. Bus 101 will take you into Georgetown in 30 mins for RM1.70. Grab is also available. All and all a good deal. Cindy provided a warm welcome upon arrival and explained the apartment features well. She was a very responsive communicator. A great host.

Lovely 20th floor apartment with sensational view out across the Malacca straits. Apartment itself has 3 bedrooms (aircon in each) and 2 bathrooms, and comfy living-dining area Good TV. Good security. Maybe 8 minutes walk to the beach. Mini marts and restaurants aplenty within a few minutes walk. Stayed for a month and would happily return. Cindy was exceptionally helpful with checkin and very responsive generally.

An excellent apartment . Very new. Beautiful scenery of the sea and the 5 star hotels. Excellent sunset from the balcony. Good facilities. Excellent swimming pool. Excellent location, every interesting places in Ferringhi are within walk distance. Excellent and quick response to my needs. Thank you Cindy for a good holiday.
