This was an EXCELLENT stay! For those of you reading reviews that say they were noisy upstairs or the house creaked, please read the listing in its entirety. They clearly state that they live upstairs and have a toddler. If you are booking this to stay in all day and night and not go anywhere and you are looking for some peace and quiet, maybe this is not for you. But for what we needed it to be (close to down town, comfy and clean place to sleep, tolerated 150 lbs of dog) it was perfect. You can definitely hear them upstairs through the day but the noise was never excessive and never kept me up. They did provide earplugs and a white noise machine to accommodate. But to me, this listing is exactly as advertised and the hosts clearly go out of their way to be accommodating. The hosts were very friendly and talked to us more than once in the back yard while the dogs were running around. For the price and location, we were incredibly pleased with this stay!
