Amazing central location and walkable to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and quiet. Easy to relax in after a long day sightseeing. Lovely sitting out on the balcony with a morning coffee. A great touch.

The Penthouse was a fabulous weekend break 'home' for us. Both of the views - front and back - are pretty amazing. We awoke on Sunday morning to the sound of cathedral bells. Fantastic. The flat is excellently presented, with everything we needed to cook and relax, including many options for evening lighting. If you see the previous comment about a hairdryer, there is an extra one in a drawer in the bedroom. The central and beautiful location was perfect. Close enough to walk to all the sights. We loved being able to see the flat from the Marlowe Theatre outdoor seating and from a riverboat tour. There is easy parking nearby - brilliant for our trips to Margate, Botany Bay, Herne Bay, and Whitstable. We had planned to use public transport (rail strikes) and all would be possible by bus or train too. Also, top tip, we accidently discovered that the extensive cathedral grounds and some of the interior are free to roam after 4:30pm. The hosts were spot on with fast replies.

Another great stay at The Penthouse - such a lovely place, right in the centre of Canterbury, with a beautiful view of the top of the cathedral, very comfortable and well-equipped.
