Thoroughly enjoyable stay, will recommend it to friends and family, will definitely book again. Great location for walking to the beach or into Lowestoft. Zoo is 10 minutes down the road which is great for kids and plenty to see and do in the surrounding area!

Lovely stay at Ian's place, easy access to great walks on the beach, peaceful and private location, very clean and very comfortable. The only thing I might mention is that the ventilation unit is quite noisy and will intermittently make a sort of humming noise, as a fridge or freezer would. As the kitchenette area is not blocked off with a door, you will hear it a bit at night. It didn't really bother me and didn't stop me sleeping but if you're noise sensitive, bring some ear plugs. Would recommend and also I would definitely return.

Definitely recommend! Perfect location right next to Pakefield Beach. The annexe was equipped with everything we needed for our four night stay. Large bathroom, private garden where we were able to eat breakfast in the sunshine, even in March. Excellent value and we will return.
