I had expected HK studios to be small but perhaps not quite so petit. Every thing photographed was there, condensed into 6sqm of space. But TST is a great place to be based for a month as it is central, close to MTRs and buses. Overall good value for a no-frills stay. The induction hob worked well and all I lacked were more crockery and utencils. The windows face an internal airwell wall so the room is not overlooked, and insulated from TST's general hubbub. For views of the sky and environment you would have to leave the block. The washing machine works and plumbing in the small bathroom exemplary. There is provision for ventilation but this was not well used by previous guests as evidenced by the peeling wallpaper all around. The waste pipes gurgled quite often, something Jack was keen to remedy readily though not with sustained success. But a host's willingness to put things right is always much appreciated and Jack is ever responsive. Thank you Jack.

I stayed here for 2months and I had great stay. Mr Jack is very helpful and always responded and solved my concern quickly. I already booked his other room again . Location >Within 5min by foot from MTR Station(Tsim Sha Tsui ) exit B2. >Bus Stand of Airport Bus(A21) is very nearby. >Local Supermarket is nearby from MTR Station(Tsim Sha Tsui ) exit A2. >Many Restaurant, Japanese Store (DonDon Donki, Aeon Supermarket, MUJI, GU, Matsukio etc) nearby. >within 20min by foot to China Ferry Terminal to Macau. >This room is very tiny and compact size so it’s good for single traveller or couple. >There is Smart TV. If you have own account, you can connect NETFLIX/AMAZON PRIME. And also you can enjoy to watch YouTube. (TV program is only local channel is available to watch. > Need to use Actual Key for this room door. It’s uncomfortable to bring Actual key all the time when I go out. >this room is located next to main entrance door, so it's noisy when other staying guest always in and out.

This place at TST was a great space. Had everything I needed to live comfortably for a month. Can easily hold 2 guests if need be. Location is especially convenient as well.
