This place was perfect. Adam was fantastic all the way around. Had local recommendations, extremely responsive, as well as very polite. We had a great weekend of golf with some old high school friends. We were able to relax in the hot tub and enjoy the beautiful scenery that is Chattanooga. The house was great! It is absolutely as described, if not better. Do yourself a favor, and book this place. Will not regret it!

All I can say is WOW... what an amazing view from this home! The amenities are amazing, the pool, hot tub, deck, and everything you need. We really liked the boardgames that look like books, it's a cute touch. We even looked into where to get them to go in our home. This place has plenty of space for a big family even though we didn't need that much space, our kid just wanted a place with a pool. Also, if you're into history, especially Civil War, you can walk up and down the street and see cannons and monuments and read about history if that's your thing! High Recommend!

Weekend getaway for spring break/16th bday celebration for young adults. They loved it. Lots of time in the hot tub. Weather was beautiful but just not enough consistent days of warm weather to heat the pool adequately (although the teens tried, just a little chilly). They loved having their own domain downstairs and the adults loved the spacious kitchen/dining area. Wonderful stay!
