入住时房东安排了人在楼下给我们钥匙，然后就自己上楼，以为会帮忙提行李到房间再讲解一下房间的情况，房间整体看还比较整洁但细节还是有点难以接受，自己换了所有床上用品和洗漱用品，楼下虽然有商场但好多商铺都是关门状态，到双子塔和博威廉都不算近，周边做礼拜的很多，一到时间就很糙，楼下安保很好，但是每层楼会有很多户，房间门外面还有个铁框门没有锁。总体来说算经济型品质吧，价格也不算便宜。一共是定了接近两个月，入住了一晚觉得不太合适就退了房，所有已交房费都没退，找了客服想协商退一部分，结果房东不同意，还是很心痛。
