First, the property is excellent. The host was very proactive, informative, and responsive. The directions were good and the key lock box style check in was fairly easy. Be advised, you may need to push down fairly hard on the release button in order for the box to open. The apartment seemed larger than the photos. It was clean in all areas. The clothes washer and dryer worked very well, and they were inside a small utility room inside the apartment which was great. The kitchen had what you need for standard meal preparation. The bathrooms were nice, clean, and spacious. There was always plenty of hot water for four of us. The property is a short 7 minute walk from the Brussels Midi or Zuid train station. I definitely recommend the property for all of these reasons. I think it is fair to inform potential guests of the overall neighborhood around the property. It is not in a pretty, clean, and touristy area.

Bon séjour. Logement très bien placé à proximité de la gare et proche des transports pour visiter Bruxelles. Instructions très claires. Appartement très propre, literie impeccable. Petit bémol sur l’isolation des grandes fenêtres (bruit et froid) dans ce quartier en pleine ville.

Lovely flat just a short walk from the station and to the city centre. Once inside, the flat is very spacious and clean. The host is extremely responsive and proactive with communication.
