Our extended family had a wonderful 5 days at Paige’s house! We were visiting the area for a wedding on July 4 and the travel on highway 75 was easy and quick to Tulsa. The house is spacious and comfortable, but we spent most of our time at the pool! Besides swimming, the variety of wildlife to view at the lake is impressive: geese, ducks, and other birds, turtles, fish (some huge!), toads, cicadas and fireflies were interesting to adults and kids. I believe we were visited by a raccoon, but didn’t catch a glimpse. Some of us used the fishing equipment and caught a few decent sized fish! Since it was 4th of July weekend, we were able to view plenty of fire works, both by neighbors and a community display that was visible from the patio! The house was stocked with plenty of towels and linens and everyone was comfortable with their accommodations. I would suggest checking into the house before going to the grocery store. The walk-in pantry is locked off (totally appropriate), but that’s probably where items like baking powder and olive oil are kept. We had access to spices near the stove, but realized we’d need to buy a lot of basics, or opt for prepared items, like pancake mix. Not a big deal if you’re not planning to do much cooking, but my sister and I love cooking together for these types of family gatherings. Availability of pots, pans, bowls, and kitchen tools was great. Definitely recommend to groups that need the elbow room and a pool to keep multiple generations happy under one roof!

Beautiful home with a nice lake view. It has a nice open kitchen with a living room and big flat screen tv. My teenage boys loved getting to fish, play video games in the game room and they also enjoyed the hot tub. We had plenty of space! We had 8 adults and two teenage boys staying there. The only very slight negative is that we are all tall, and the double sized beds and twin sized beds were too small for us. But the queen bed in the master bedroom was and adjustable sleep number bed, and my parents loved it!

The perfect "home away from home" if you are looking for a quiet getaway in Tulsa. A beautiful home with plenty of space, an amazing view, and great amenities to keep everyone happy. Our kids loved spending time in the pool, and on the water fishing and paddle-boating. The living space was perfect, and allowed us to gather for several large family meals. Our hosts were quick to respond when questions came up, and made the whole experience surprisingly simple and enjoyable. Hope we can return in the near future--highly recommend!
