I strongly recommend this place as the best in the Inverness area. The room is cozy, warm, and tidy, with beautiful scenery visible outside the window. The countryside views and forest trees are amazing. Thank you so much, John, for sharing your home and giving me the chance to enjoy and explore the peace and beauty of this land.

What a stroke of luck that we selected Cromal Bank B&B! John was a fantastic host and cook. He provided great advice for activities and restaurants, was an accomplished conversationalist, and is a true renaissance man. His bathroom was the best we experienced in Scotland. Making his acquaintance added a flavor to our adventure that was greatly appreciated. Happy travels mate!

It was an absolute treat to stay in John’s house for 3 nights. Wonderful location and the entire large house to ourselves. Sea in the front and lush green hills behind the house. Actually the place is much more beautiful than the pictures on airbnb. But the experience of having the host John and his pet Holly with us all the time was the highlight of our stay. John is perhaps the best host I have ever come across in so many years of my using airbnb across the globe. Thanks John for your hospitality.

Very convenient for the airport John has lots of local knowledge got waterside walking. Easy for exploring surrounding area. Local walkable Pubs plus shops.
