We first was going to stay in Luquillo Airbnb but because of a safety concern we decided to book with Hector. Our flight from NYC kept getting delayed and we ended up arriving late at night. He was very attentive and responsive. Now when we arrive it was after 11pm and it was confusing at first to find the place, I called him to verify which apartment it was and he picked up right away. My family and I which was 8 in total felt very safe and we loved the place!!! We got to see Hector a day before our departure and he was very nice to us. We will be returning back next time we come back to visit la Isla del Encanto. Now, the good thing I also have to mention is that we had a parking spot available for our rental. There was a supermarket not to far maybe like 5-7 min walking. There is a gas station nearby, a nice bakery soot that had some really good food. Everything was less than 30 mins for us to go out and explore. The Dorado beach was 15 mins away from us.

Airbnb recommended Hector and this location because our first location lost the ability to use water in the apartment. They were quick and very, very helpful. When we drove to our new location, we were met in the front yard of the new apartment by the co-owner, right as we drove up, confirming that we had the correct home. He was so very friendly and super helpful. He showed us where to park and unlocked the apartment for us. Because it was raining, he brought us huge umbrellas as we got out of the car. What a great guy! We were so impressed with the apartment and it's location. And to top it all off, there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us and also a coffee mug that had my name printed on it. How did he do that in the quick half hour we had between the time we lost water in the first apartment and entering this new location. I can't say enough great things about this guy and this location.

Estamos muy agradecidos con nuestra estadía. Todo estaba limpio y muy bien organizado. El detalle de la taza y las bolsitas plásticas con cositas necesarias que a veces se nos olvidan y son tan necesarias nos hicieron sentir a mi y mis hijas muy especiales y se lo agradecemos mucho. La localización del apartamento fue perfecta para todo lo que queríamos hacer. Estoy segura de que estaremos de regreso.
