ο χώρος άψογος, η κυρία Θεοδοσία απίστευτη !! Πέρασα 4 μέρες απίστευτες!!! Η γύρω περιοχή δεν είναι ονειρική αλλά προσφέρει απίστευτη ηρεμία!! Δεν το συζητώ προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα την Κυρία Θεοδοσία!!!

Μεγάλο σπίτι, άνετο, σε κομβικό σημείο. Είχε πολλή ησυχία. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι και ευγενικοί.

I have confused feelings about Theodosia's house. I've spent there 6 weeks and overall it was a positive experience but there were some negative moments also. First of all I believe that if you come to the area for a couple of days with a family there will be no issues at all, it's a nice house with a little green garden in front...but for the longer periods though some investment in the quests comfort is needed. The second bedroom is situated in semi basement with one little window and with no air conditioner, so in August it was very stuffy, humid and hot there. The fact that an old ruined house is right next to it doesn't help with the smell either. The owners did provide a second fan to put in the house which improved the situation but didn't save it completely. The other bedroom needs a new mattress because after a month and a half I started to have problems with my back and got tired of feeling the spirals in my back ( at the moment there are 2 mattresses one on top of each other)... The kitchen is new and pretty well equipped. The sofas in the living room need an upgrade also cause they are too hard. Also the house would benefit if it had a washing machine. The owners didn't show much enthusiasm on our arrival because they saw a dog with us, sometimes they came to the property without a warning, they do not allow to use the parking inside the gate although they have space available for it. And last but not least the cleaner who was coming every Sunday didn't show up on the last Sunday and left us with dirty towels and linens for 13 days. So in my opinion the house would benefit greatly if the owners were paying more attention to it and their guests' comfort.

Spacious, clean, cozy house. It had all necessary kitchen equipment, towels etc. Also nice little garden and terrace with chairs in front of house. Location is good, 5-10 min. by car to the beach. Also it's a good choice to stay when visiting Olympia ancient site. Theodosia and George were really nice and pleasant hosts.
