Very sweet house in a very convenient location. The house was very clean and stocked with anything you might have forgotten to bring. Michael also was very easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay at Michael’s place. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. My 5-year old daughter loved playing at the playground just across the street. And the beach is a very short drive away - so we took advantage of the beach amenities available in the house (beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and beach toys) and enjoyed a wonderful day at the beach. Michael was a great host - communication was great. He was always responsive to any questions or concerns and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend his place to others! And I hope we’ll get to visit again soon!

The house was very well-stocked and met our needs. It was close to the beach, although not as close as the listing said it was. It was across from a park, which was nice for walking our dog. However, there was no vacuum in the house so we couldn't vacuum up the dog hairs on a regular basis. Also, the host charged us extra (out of our deposit) for stains he said were in the carpet, when the pix he sent looked more like dirt than stains. I asked to see an invoice and it turned out the cost of cleaning the carpet was less than he said it was. To his credit, he refunded the additional amount (paying $60 instead of $86 for the cleaning) but we shouldn't have been charged anything for the carpet cleaning, especially since we paid a $200 pet fee on top of the deposit.

Great location walkable to Atlantic Avenue and shops. Home was immaculate. Host was very responsive, friendly and available for any questions we had.

The place was exactly and advertised. It was clean and very modern and perfect for four adults. We would definitely come again.
