Väldigt mysig lägenhet i centrum! Nära till vattnet och Mario var en jättebra värd som gjorde vistelsen enklare och roligare !

It took me a while to decide where to stay in Monopoli. I chose Mario’s place as I wanted somewhere clean and safe (he has a smoke alarm which most places in Italy don’t). I liked the metal bed frame, luggage stand, and clutter free room. The decor was all pristine. The location is perfect, right by the ancient harbour in the old town, in a busy area bursting with night time activity at the weekends especially. Everything needed was in the apartment. Had to remember to turn on the hot water before a shower, but it is a lovely old building. I slept well despite all the fun going on outside and I’m a light sleeper. Mario was quick to respond and sent lots of local recommendations. I’m glad I chose his place.

Mario was a brilliant host, opened the door on arrival, sourced umbrellas for us during the rainy periods, offered suggestions where to visit . The accomodation was tremendous as far as size cleanliness and in a great position.

Monopoli is a wonderful place, apartment in super location near to sea & great restaurants, apartment is clean and compact and right in the centre of historical Monopoli, Mario was very attentive and helpful with recommendations of places to visit.

We enjoyed the apartment. First, it is a great location. Fantastic shop "Frantoio Pacello" is nearby, the very good restaurants with amazing food are all around. And the apartment itself is very cozy. Mario is a great host: very friendly and ready to help in every situation. The only thing less than ideal was that it was sometimes difficult to connect to internet, but Mario helped to solve this little problem. So, we hope to come back with less work and more time to enjoy the surroundings!
