Great host! Super friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Bedroom was nice and looked like the pictures, however was cleaned poorly as there was trash left behind by previous guests and the floors were dirty. The bathroom is shared with other guests who were long term Airbnb renters and was not the cleanest either. I felt gross using the shower because it was dirty and smelled pretty bad. You definitely get what you pay for.

Jorge's place was very good during my multi-day visit to Phoenix. It's an old bungalow in a transitioning working-class neighbourhood in Phoenix. Streets are wide and it's easy to drive to. (I recommend a car in Phoenix because everything is so far away from each other. That said, it's close to the 32nd Street Valley Line for public transit.) Parking at the house was easy and convenient. The house is shared with at least three other short-and-long-term residents, who, as of this writing, are cool and friendly. The kitchen and living room common areas are very open and airy -- the living/dining area is probably one of the better parts of this location. The room itself is comfortable (in a March visit), well-lit, and had a working desk area for me to use my laptop. The bathroom is functional and the shower is appropriately hot. (Though, you may not get it right for the first shower like I did.) I'd recommend this home and would book here again.
