My honest opinion… Teresita seams like a great person. She is very responsive and communicative, she also gives lots of recommendations of restaurants to visit in the neighborhood. I found her to be sweet and kind. But, although she is great I found my stay at the apartment… not as great. The pictures that are posted online are a bit dated and the property has absolutely changed a lot in accordance to what you see online. Also the cleanliness needs to be worked on. Some of the windows are broken and can’t be closed, mosquitos can come right in. The shower head was backed up and not fully operable. The smell of bleach was very strong from the minute I walked in. I wish I could get more into detail but the writing space is limited. I rate Teresita as a person a five but the apartment just 1 star. The apartment has potential it just needs to be attended to. I left early bc I no longer wanted to stay there, I was very uncomfortable bc the apartment just didn’t feel clean.

This place is amazing. It’s even better than it shows in the pictures. Extremely private and cozy. The host was super attentive and responded quickly. She even left us a welcome gift. Definitely coming back.

La ubicación muy bonita y silenciosa. No terminamos la estadía ya que el agua de uno de los bathtubs era fría, solo pudimos utilizar uno. El televisor y las ventanas estaban muy polvorientos. Las cortinas de la cama estaban sucias y la ducha estaba tapada de sedimentos. Mi esposo tuvo que destaparla para poder ducharnos. Creo que arreglado esos detalles el lugar sería perfecto porque realmente es muy bonito.

Teresita and her husband do an AMAZING job at assisting with the millions of questions I had for them. While they were super helpful and responsive I did find that there were some things that I’d like to share. I personally LOVE animals but I know there people who aren’t animal lovers. There is a farm that can be considered your neighbor for the stay, so keep that in mind. The shower heads were back up and it felt like I was being power washed every time I showered. (The outside ones weren’t as bad) The bathroom window DOES NOT close. (Bugs will come in if you leave the bathroom door open). In order for you to access the backyard or bath tubs outside then you have to pass the parking and go downhill (keep in mind you have to make this trip to get back into the home). You also do have the bottom floor to yourself BUT there are upstairs neighbors as well. (The owners) The surrounding area is beautiful but the neighbors are nosey and like to make rude comments. Overall a beautiful home!
