Layout Ground Floor As you enter Artemisia you are presented with a small foyer which leads to an expansive living room area separated in two: dining and living/kitchen areas. To the right of the dining area is living room space which includes a sectional large sofa 65 inch TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is next to the living room space separated by a breakfast bar suitable for 4 guests. Kitchen offers excellent functional space for family and/or chef catered dinner. It also offers direct access to the outdoor barbecue area with a table for 4 guests which is separate from the second outdoor dining area which accommodates 12. Living room and dining areas both offer direct access to the outdoor areas.
