I didn't realize that the entrance to the train station was also the entrance to the loft, and other amenities. Once we figured that out, then it was very easy to find it. The location was very convenient to old Quebec city. Even though it was by a train station, there was no noise (quiet trains, not old fashioned ones). We didn't know where to park, but after asking the guard on duty, we found out to park underground (not the one outside), which was really nice because we didn't need to clean the snow off the car. When I had a question, they answered me right away. We wanted 3 separate bedrooms, which is difficult to find near Old Quebec, and this place had this available. The bathroom was so beautiful! The high ceilings in the place and the brick walls made it very cool/chic. Free Wi-Fi was great (especially for my American son-in-law who didn't have a great data plan). Things to improve: have an extra box of tissues, have paper towels.

Le loft était super! L’emplacement exceptionnel. Le loft est directement situé dans la gare. C’est super bien isolé donc nous n’avons pas du tout été dérangé par le bruit. Super confortable aussi. Par contre, il n’y a pas tout à fait tous les éléments pour cuisiner convenablement (peu de vaisselle, plat, pas d’épices, etc) C’est vraiment un détail, mais pour ceux qui y logent pour y rester et cuisiner (comme nous) il faut prévoir en conséquence. Aussi, ça aurait été super qu’il y ait des essuie-tout. Mais nous gardons un super de beau souvenir de notre séjour à Québec. Merci aux Lofts de la Gare.
