Even for one night, the place felt bad. Its too smelly (no ventilation, no windows). The place needs a lot of maintenance. The photos are some years old.. Second floor is about 170cm, so you hit your head all the time.. metal stairs that are very noisy going up and down. And to be honest, there is noting artistic in “The Artist Residence”

O quarto é exatamente como descrito. O ambiente é calmo, perto de vários restaurantes. O cheiro nos incomodou bastante. Não sei se é devido ao fato do quarto não ter janelas ou por conta do ralo do chuveiro não estar funcionando apropriadamente.

Room was spacious for what we paid due to the extra floor. Area with beds got very hot as they were at the top of the room. Aside from that good location, relatively clean bathroom and lovely coffee shop below. There was also a large fridge and washing machine which were nice bonuses. Night staff meant that although they locked the doors at 22:00 it was still easy to get in and out.
