Lack on maintenance from inside to outside noisy valves on plumbing, carpet inside it’s filthy, backyard amenities are unusable and pieces of plastic were find in the garden , stove burners from five became 2 on first week and by Easter Day I was forced to go to the restaurant because one burner handle collapsed and cannot shot off flame forced me close the gas line likely I’m handy man and so I was able to manage the situation on moving the stove and shutting done system When I reported a technician was dispatched, but next day stove handle collapsed again and so I reported again and in response I get this answer: turn handle gently. Basically manager call me rude too, for the amount I paid they should afford a new stove Lol

Great and calm place to stay with family

Amy was so accommodating. The house was super big and spacious and in such a quiet family friendly location. I came here with my family and stayed for 1.5 months. My son is 1.5 years old and loved the parks that were near by. The house has a great layout. Only thing was it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but Amy made sure to take care of any concerns we had and offered to bring cleaners to reclean the place. Also any issues I had she was readily available and to find a solution to resolve the issue. Thank you so much for letting our family stay in your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time

We had a great time at Amy's beautiful house in Irvine. The location is great, walking distance to two shopping centers, and also to the community pool and tennis courts. The house is spacious, very clean, and well furnished. We felt at home the whole time. Amy was a wonderful host, very easy to reach, we hope she will have us back again soon. Amazing value for the money. Thank you so much, Amy!
