The home is in a very beautiful neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Parking is great for a large group. The gifts upon arrival were over the top. There is lots of tv’s in the house, and a large game room in the basement that entertained the youngsters. The home had lots of Christmas decorations throughout. There was a hot chocolate bar setup, and it was a huge hit with the grandkids. We feel that it should be clarified in the listing, all bedrooms are on the 2nd level, and that 4 of the 5 bedrooms on the second level share one common bathroom. There is a bathroom on the main floor and one in the basement. The living room furniture was difficult for the adults in our party to get out of.(The sectional, and the 2 main large chairs). There is no large dining table for a house that can accommodate large groups. There are holes in the walls in the bedrooms that need to be patched and painted. The main floor has had lots of patching done, but hasn’t been painted yet.

Our group had an excellent time. There are multiple spaces to enjoy, and plenty of activities within the house to have fun. The bedrooms were well placed where anyone could separate themselves from the group if needed.

We had an amazing stay! I highly recommend this home, and I hope to stay there again when in town to watch the Huskers.

We loved staying at Carol’s home! We had a beautiful ceremony in the backyard and enjoyed all the amenities. The hot tub and pool were great and there were so many amazing hang out areas both inside and out. Carol was so easy and friendly to work with, especially with accommodating our wedding party! We are very thankful to have had this wonderful place to stay.
