Very nice apartment in a private, gated community located on a golf course. Pros: location (5min drive to Bouznika beach), quite, safe, well-maintained surroundings, amenities on site (golf, kids playground, 2 pools which are both clean and have life guards), large well-furnished apartment, 2 bathrooms and 2 BR, large living room, well-equipped kitchen, several outdoor spaces connected to the rooms. Cons: cleanliness of the apartment could be improved (hair, dust, perished food items in the fridge). Future guests would also benefit from clearer instructions to locate the unit/ check-in. The host however was responsive to requests/calls to let us in. Overall, I would recommend staying in this place, keeping in mind the improvements above.

My family and I enjoyed the stay: Great location, nice pad with all necessary equipments, aaaand and an enjoyable patio with a private garden and a golf view, enhancing the relaxing summer experience. The residence has 2 pools: clean, relaxing atmostphere... + the host Ms Nacer did a great follow up throughout the stay. We're definitely coming back !

L'appartement est bien grand. Décoré avec du goût il est bien situé, la tranquillité était au rendez-vous. Malheureusement trop de cafards. c'est juste pas possible. Malgré plusieurs interventions pour les tués. c'était toujours trop. cela nous a gâché notre semaine. De plus, il n'y pas pas Netflix, juste l'interface de l'application.

Très belle location bien situé, tout le nécessaire à disposition. L’hôte est disponible et fait le nécessaire pour assurer un séjour agréable. Petit bémol sur le vélo d’appartement qui ne fonctionne plus trop ainsi que la qualité de la connexion wifi qui est assez fluctuante. Pour le reste je n’ai que du positif !

one of the best complex in boznika close to everything and me and my family enjoyed staying there maybe we will back again for the beach it's about 5 mintues by the car and 25 mintues walking.
