We absolutely loved our stay in Crete! Antonio’s place was delightful and he was the most amazing host. The house had all the amenities we needed and he greeted us with food, snacks and drinks to make us super comfortable upon arrival. The setting is amazing and a great launching pad to explore Crete. I could easily have spent a few more weeks here and will 100 percent stay there again if we make it back to Crete! Great for kids or adults. Beautiful outdoor space. Right on the beach, great kitchen and bathrooms! Thanks for a great stay!

We chose Crete as our destination as it would be hotter in late October. Our trip was to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday so wanted somewhere nice to stay. I chose Mare Beach villa as it seemed to tick all the right boxes. We weren’t disappointed. The villa was probably better than described. It was perfect for our stay and Antonios was the perfect host. When he found out it was my wife’s birthday he even surprised her with a birthday cake. A nice touch. Our stay was made even better with blue skies every day and temperatures around 26c. Not bad for end of October. It was great to stroll (10 yards) over to the beach and have a walk and swim every morning. The villa is perfect (as was Antonios) and I can fully recommend this to anyone thinking of booking. If your looking for a place to stay with a loved one, mare beach villa is unmatched. My mother and I stayed 5 nights and loved every minute. Firstly, Antonios gave a 5* welcome and made us feel at home right away. The fridge was full with water and food for breakfast including olive oil he made (probably the best on the island). There is a folder prepared with everything you may need, from local supermarkets to restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The location is a step away from the beach with no neighbours other then a traditional taverna next door which will deliver to you if they are not too busy so you can enjoy a meal at the privacy of your own villa with the beautiful sea view. In the evening, it is generally very quite that all you hear are the sea waves. Thank you Antonios for being such an amazing host and having us stay at your beautiful villa, my mother and I will forever cherish the memories of our stay that you helped make so special!

Lovely new house across from the beach at Analipsi with great pool, and privacy even though there are many tourists and all-inclusive resorts nearby. Antonios is a very warm and welcoming host and provides some of his lovely home-grown and cold-pressed olive oil, raki, and local treats. He gave lots of great recommendations for tavernas, taxi drivers etc
